This time I’m going to tell you how to make the easiest dessert, this recipe actually not mine, it’s my dad’s but what the heck. One thing I’m not sure is that the ingredients maybe not sold widely, but you can find another substitute for the ingredients. Let’s get started !
The equipments :
Cutting board, knife, bowl and spoon
The ingredients :
1. Timun Suri (I don’t know what’s this fruit in english, because I’ve googled that and the result is timun suri only sold in Indonesia or maybe Asia, but maybe you can find it in Asian grocery stores if you want to, or you can substitute this fruit with cantaloupe or melon)
2. Cocopandan syrup (or you can substitute it with any other syrup that you like)
The steps :
1. Using the knife and cutting board, slice and dice the fruit (slice the fruit into cube shape)
2. Put the sliced fruits into a bowl, then pour cocopandan syrup into the bowl (make sure the syrup cover the fruits)
That is all, really easy right ? this dessert is better served while it’s cold, you can either put the fruit in the fridge first before you make the dessert or you can put some ice cubes into the bowl along with the fruit, it’s all up to you.
I didn’t take a picture of mine, because I forgot, and I really regret that I didn’t take a picture of mine 😦 but the most important is the recipe, right ?
Have fun ! 😀
